Advisory board
Advisory Board is an advisory and consultative body in the field of the CoCA's statutory work. It is appointed for four years by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland.

- Jerzy Brzuskiewicz (Secretary)/ painter, the President of ZPAP (The Association of Polish Artists and Designers) in Torun, vice-president of the Znaki Czasu Friends of Fine Arts Association in Torun
- Tomasz de Rosset / Department of Fine Arts, Nicolaus Copernicus University, Torun
- prof. Piotr Klugowski / The Dean of the Department of Fine Arts, Nicolaus Copernicus University, Torun
- Zbigniew Fiderewicz / Vice-President of Torun
- Marek Żydowicz /the President of the Znaki Czasu Fine Arts Lovers' Society in Torun
- prof. Jarosław Modzelewski / the President of Department of Painting and Drawing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw
- Łukasz Gorczyca / curator and art critic/ co-founder of Raster Gallery, Warsaw
- Tadeusz Kuba Grydniewski / painter
The Board gives its opinion on each-year and long-term programs of the Centre of Contemporary Art in Torun and its financial plans made by the CoCA's Director every year.
